Delete Your Account

You can delete your Shining Hub account and personal data at any time. Here's how.
1. Delete From Within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the Shining Hub app
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm
Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address (or with the phone number) linked to your account and we will delete it for you:
- Email: info@shininghub.ae
- Please include the phone number or email registered on your account so we can verify the request.
We will action verified requests within 30 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your saved addresses
- Your device push-notification token
- Your Shining Hub wallet balance
4. What We Keep (and Why)
For legal, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations in the UAE, we retain a record of completed bookings and payment transactions in anonymized form — with your personal details removed so the records can no longer be linked to you. Payment card details are never stored on our servers (payments are processed by Stripe).
5. Re-Registering
Because your phone number and email are removed, signing in again with the same number will create a fresh, empty account.
